Britain’s King Charles III is facing criticism for a recent photo shared by the royal family ahead of his coronation.

A new photo of King Charles has been shared on the Royal Family’s official Instagram account.

Sharing the photo, the caption reads, ‘As the King and Queen’s coronation draws near, a new photo of King Charles and The Queen Consort has been shared, taken in the Blue Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace.’

In this picture, King Charles is seen standing with his wife Camilla with their hands tied behind their backs.

Social media users have criticized the British king for standing with his hands tied behind his back, saying that he is trying to hide his swollen hands by giving such a pose.

It should be noted that earlier Dr. Gareth Nye told the media about the condition of King Charles’ hands that King Charles has always been known for his big fingers.

He said that the reason for this, as previously suggested, is not only the individual anatomy, but also edema, which occurs where fluid is released from the blood and accumulates in nearby tissues, and then appears as swelling on the human body.

He added that although King Charles’ fingers are swollen, I don’t think edema is the correct diagnosis in his case because his hands have been prone to swelling for a long time.
