World-renowned Indian actress Priyanka Chopra revealed that when she was 16, her father made some strict rules for her.
Talking about her father in a recent interview, Priyanka Chopra said that after I moved to America at the age of 12 with braided hair, I got used to my cropped hair, all the American hormones and food. When she returned to India, her father was very worried.
“When I came back from America at the age of 16, I started looking a little more like a big girl than my father expected,” she said.
She further said that ‘I was in a small town after returning from America to India but my behavior was exactly the same as the behavior I was used to in my American high school so some boys followed me to my house’.
Priyanka Chopra said that when the incident happened, she got very scared and went to her father and without much delay, the next day, the father said, ‘You need to follow some rules like from now on you loose. Dhala will wear Indian clothes and will not go out of the house alone but with a driver’.
