South Carolina: A newlywed bride in the United States was killed in a terrible accident by a drunk driver, while the groom was seriously injured.
According to the world news agency, this sad incident happened in South Carolina, where the bride and groom were going home in a golf cart after the wedding ceremony when a drunk female car driver hit them.
The speeding car rear-ended the golf cart, sending the newlyweds tumbling several feet into the air, the report said.
In the accident, the 34-year-old bride Samantha also died on the spot, while the groom Ark Hutchinson was seriously injured and shifted to a nearby hospital, but his condition is said to be critical.
According to reports, the driver of the car that hit the newlyweds’ golf cart was drunk and has been arrested.
