New York: The famous Sufi and folk singer of Pakistan, Sanam Marvi’s picture has become an adornment of New York City’s Times Square.
Sanam Marvi was selected as the ambassador of the month of April under Equal Pakistan program by the leading music streaming service Spotify.
After receiving the honor, Sanam Marvi’s photo is displayed on a digital billboard in New York City’s Times Square.
Spotify shared the photo on its Instagram page, writing, “Sufi Ahad in Times Square with Sanam Marvi.
Marvi Sanam is recognized all over the world with her beautiful voice and has mesmerized millions of people with her art.
Pakistani artists Eva Baloch and Shai Gul, who rose to fame from Coke Studio, have previously won the award.
