Verification of matric and inter credentials in Sindh started through QR code

Karachi: IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen), the organization that verifies matric and inter credentials across the country, has started the process of verifying credentials through QR code from Karachi. will be verified for all the seven education boards of Sindh.

Credential verification through QR code was inaugurated by Secretary IBCC Dr. Ghulam Ali Malah at the regional office in Karachi on Sunday morning.

It should be noted that a stamp will not be placed on the document after the QR code on the verified certificates, but when the students submit their certificate to IBCC for verification, a QR code sticker will be placed on it. After that, any concerned institution desirous of verification of the student’s attested document can now verify the document by scanning the QR code from its office and send the copy of the document for verification to any institution within the country or abroad. There will be no need to send a letter.

Secretary of IBCC Dr. Ghulam Ali Malah told “Express” that earlier this work had been started from Islamabad and Lahore but it was left in Sindh which has been started from Karachi and non The country officer has also been informed about this.

He said that we are computerizing all the work to reduce people’s worries and bring transparency because earlier Pakistan Printing Press tickets were being misused. The ticket used to be removed from the credentials and affixed to the fake credentials, which is now impossible, while there will be a separate saving of crores of rupees annually spent on this ticket.

Dr. Malah said that now institutions and universities inside the country or outside the country will be able to verify their credentials through mobile and through scanning, at least 11 information points related to the student’s data will be revealed. This process will stop all avenues of fake authentication.
