The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Member of the Assembly has proposed the establishment of Turka Waqf for deceased expatriates.
According to the report of Arab media, Member of Assembly Hameed Al Shamsi has proposed to amend the federal law.
Under which the relevant government agencies should be allowed to invest the assets of expatriates who died in the emirate in business programs, and the proceeds from them should be spent on students, the indigent and the poor.
Al-Shamsi appealed that the Ministry of Justice prepare the data of the assets of the deceased deceased.
It should be noted that for the last several decades, the estates of such foreigners have been in a state of disrepair in the country without any heirs.
