Karachi: Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi rejected the application regarding registration of murder case of late famous TV anchor Aamir Liaquat.
In the Karachi City Court, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi rejected Daniya Shah’s application while giving a decision on the application regarding the registration of a case related to the murder of late well-known TV anchor Aamir Liaquat.
The stand taken in the petition was that Aamir Liaquat Hussain was given Rs 25 crore by some strangers on February 22, 2022 and these persons had also made a video while receiving the money.
According to the application, Aamir Liaquat had kept Rs 3 crore in the bank and the rest in the lockers of the house in Khudadad Colony, Aamir Liaquat has been murdered and a case should be registered.
Mumtaz, Ali Javed, Abbas, Saqib and 3 unknown persons were named accused in the petition.
