An innocent girl kidnapped from Karachi was killed and buried in Lahore.
Karachi: A young girl kidnapped from Sarjani Town died due to the criminal negligence of the investigation officer, the innocent kidnapped girl was killed and buried in Lahore.
Despite the registration of the case and the identification of the accused, the investigation police continued to show indifference.
The girl was abducted by her maternal uncle along with other people for not giving her share of the land sold while the police also arrested an accused but they continued to be evasive in reaching the real accused.
Lahore police also showed non-cooperation due to which the accused managed to escape
Attaullah, the father of the murdered Farida, told Express regarding the indifference of the Karachi and Lahore police that they are present in Lahore to arrest the killers of their daughter and that they are from Afghanistan, from Iftar on March 28 last month. Some time ago, my brother-in-law Sadiq and his other brothers came home and forcibly took my 8-year-old daughter Farida with them, while my brother-in-law also slapped his sister.
Attaullah said that the reason for taking the daughter was that my brother had sold the land in Kunduz, Afghanistan for six and a half lakh rupees, of which my wife’s brother Sadiq was asking for a share and he was demanding that he should get four million rupees. Granted, while he has no right in this regard, and in the same silence, he forcibly kidnapped my daughter.
He said that the Jirga also sat on this incident and whatever the matter was, I wanted to resolve it through dialogue. was also arrested who came with the main accused Sadiq
Later it came to know that Sadiq and others took my daughter to Peshawar, on which the IOASI of the case asked Mukhtar to go along and we will pay whatever the cost of going there, but he was evasive.
Meanwhile, the accused came to know that the case was registered, so they moved from Peshawar to a rented house in Shama Colony area of Lahore and we got information that the accused killed my daughter on the day of Eid and buried the body.
Attaullah said that he also met the residents of Shama Colony in Lahore and they confirmed the death of the girl and her burial. If the Karachi police party comes, they will take further action
On which the girl’s father said that the girl was killed within the limits of his police station, but the police did not cooperate, while the IO of the case in Karachi was also suspended and a new IO was appointed. It has been done and it is being told that the police party will reach Lahore in a few days.
On the news of the girl’s death, the mother living in Sarjani town was overwhelmed with grief and there was chaos in the house.
