Order the school administration to pay the student’s medical expenses
The registration of the private school was suspended due to the violence committed by a female teacher on a seventh grade student in a private educational institution in Korangi area of Karachi.
While imposing a fine of 25 thousand rupees on the school administration, it has also been bound to meet all the expenses of the student’s treatment.
In this regard, Additional Director of Directorate of Private Institutions Sindh Prof. Rafia Mallah has issued an office order containing the inquiry report.
It should be noted that a few days ago, a female class teacher in Al-Sahar School in Korangi area had tortured a student for opening a book of another subject instead of the relevant subject.
A three-member investigation team was formed by the Directorate of Private Institutions. This team visited the school on Wednesday morning and found the complaint made by the student’s father Muhammad Rizwan to be valid.

According to the inquiry report under the signature of Additional Directorate Rafia Mallah, student Abdul Rafi’s elbow was fractured as a result of the torture done by class teacher Miss Hafsa with wood, which is an inhumane behavior as well as the clause written in the registration certificate Sindh prohibition of There is also a violation of corporal punishment act 2016.
According to the office order, the registration of the private school will be suspended along with a fine of 25 thousand rupees and the school will bear the medical expenses of the child.
It should be noted that this inquiry was conducted on the direction of Sindh Education Minister Sardar Shah, while a report was filed in Korangi police station on behalf of the student’s father, for which an FIR has also been registered.
