Naseem Shah became the bowler who took the most wickets in the first 6 ODIs of his career. He has taken 20 wickets in 6 matches.
In the match against New Zealand, he broke the world record of Kiwi fast bowler Matt Henry by taking 2 wickets. Matt Henry took 19 wickets in the first 6 ODIs of his career.
In the match against New Zealand in Rawalpindi, Naseem Shah bowled brilliantly on a batting-friendly pitch. They did not allow the Kiwi batsmen to play openly and took 2 important wickets for just 29 runs in the allotted 10 overs.

Naseem Shah’s brilliant bowling can also be gauged from the fact that the other fast bowlers in the team seemed to struggle in front of the Kiwi batsmen.
