Islamabad / Karachi: The internal details of the meeting between the Prime Minister and the MQM delegation came to light, in which Shahbaz Sharif acknowledged the irregularities in the Karachi census presented by Muttahida.

According to Express News, a delegation of MQM met Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Islamabad. In which, along with the Prime Minister, Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal and Khurram Dastgir were also included, while the KMQM delegation included Conveyor Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Syed Mustafa Kamal, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Aminul Haq and Javed Hanif.

Internally, the MQM presented the evidence of the irregularities of the Statistical Institute, the irregularity of the provincial government and the reduction of the population of urban Sindh before the Prime Minister and asked the Prime Minister to provide justice in the census, correct the statistics and reduce the population. He demanded the formation of a monitoring committee for the transparency of the counting process.

Sources said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reviewed the progress made so far on the concerns of MQM, the MQM delegation also informed the Prime Minister about the discussions held in the meetings with various federal ministers and related institutions.

The Prime Minister acknowledged the MQM’s equanimity in pointing out the flaws in the census and the lack of data. He said that the problems identified in Karachi census will help in accurate census in the whole country.

The Prime Minister said that the MQM informed the concerned ministers and institutions about the errors in time, this will make it possible to count every citizen correctly. it will have to be done.
