Lahore: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has held an important consultation regarding the petition related to elections in a single day.
According to the sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has consulted with his close political friends and legal experts at his residence Model Town in Lahore on the petition to hold the elections in the Supreme Court on the same day.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had important meetings with the top leadership of Muslim League-N and legal experts, including Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Federal Minister for Law Nazir Tarar. Apart from this, Special Assistants of Prime Minister Malik Ahmed and Ahad Cheema were also among those who met.
According to party sources, Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan has also met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Shahbaz Sharif has discussed the current political and constitutional situation of the country with his colleagues.
