A bird collided with a plane of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) airline during the flight.
According to Indian media, a fire broke out after a bird hit the plane, due to which the plane made an emergency landing.
Indian media say that the passenger plane was coming from Kathmandu airport to Dubai when the accident occurred, the plane was later diverted to its destination.
Nepal Aviation officials say that all operations at the Kathmandu airport are normal.
