Mumbai: Bollywood filmmaker Raju Kumar Hirani wants to cast Shah Rukh Khan instead of Sanjay Dutt in his blockbuster film ‘Manabhai MBBS’.
A video has gone viral on social media in which Bollywood king Shah Rukh has revealed why he could not be a part of this blockbuster project.
According to Shah Rukh Khan, at that time he had undergone a spine operation and his health was not good, that’s why he refused.
He said that while he was doing ‘Devdas’, he had signed a contract for ‘Manabhai MBBS’ at the same time.
Shah Rukh Khan praised Sanjay Dutt’s performance in the blockbuster film and said that if he had done the film, he could not have acted better than Sanjay, that’s why I don’t regret leaving the film.
Raju Kumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan have now come together for the film ‘Dinky’ and the fans are hoping that the film will turn out to be a blockbuster.
