Okara: A terrible traffic accident took place on the National Highway near Akhtarabad, in which 7 people died.
According to rescue sources, a family traveling in a car was crushed by a bus on the national highway. In the accident, 7 people died and many others were injured. As soon as the accident was reported, the rescue teams went to the spot.
According to initial reports, the accident took place on the GT Road near Akhtarabad in Okara, in which a passenger bus collided with a car while avoiding a rickshaw.
According to the police, the deceased include Sajid, his wife Tehmina and 2 daughters, who belong to Chongi Amarsadhu, Lahore and belong to the same family. According to the police, the family was going to meet their relatives in Pakpattan. Naveed, Muzamal and Shamim are close relatives of the deceased.
According to DPO Mansoor Aman, the accident happened due to speeding. After which the bus driver fled from the spot, and police are trying to arrest him.
