Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make a sequel to the movie ‘Pathan’ after its box office success.
According to an Indian media report, Siddharth Anand, the director of the film ‘Pathan’, while talking to the media on Monday, said that working with Shah Rukh Khan is like a gift for me.
He said that like any other director, it was my dream to work with Shah Rukh Khan.
He further said that bagging a Shahrukh Khan film was a journey for me which was completed when I got the gift of directing for Shah Rukh Khan.
Siddharth Anand said that to be honest, the atmosphere surrounding the film ‘Pathan’ has been a bit stressful for the past few months.
Meanwhile, a journalist asked that Pathan came and became a hit, now what is the intention to do after that?
Before the director answered the question asked by the journalist, the participants in the event loudly demanded to make a sequel to the movie ‘Pathan’.
Siddharth Anand, upon the strong request of the participants, said that ‘Insha’Allah’ means if Allah wills, they will definitely make it.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan, who was present with Siddharth Anand, said, “It’s a big day for me and my family. We’ve never seen fans so happy after watching their film.” .
He added that whenever Siddharth Anand asks me to make ‘Pathan 2’, I will be available and if he wants to make a sequel, it will be an honor for me too.
It should be noted that the film ‘Pathan’ is the fourth installment of the Yash Raj Spy universe, in which Shah Rukh Khan is back on screen after a long gap of 4 years.
