The price of gold rose to Rs 217,400 per tola
Karachi: Rates in the local exchange markets fell due to the fall in the price of gold per ounce in the bullion market.
In the international bullion market, gold prices fell by 31 dollars per ounce to 1974 dollars, and the prices of gold per tola and 10 grams fell by Rs 550 and Rs 471 respectively in local bullion markets on Wednesday.
As a result of the recent reduction, the price of gold per tola in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta has decreased to Rs 216,850 and the price of gold per ten grams has also decreased. Tax came to the level of 185914 rupees.
On the contrary, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at 2530 rupees and the price of ten grams of silver remained unchanged at 2170 rupees.
