Fear of arrest during Eid holidays;  Imran Khan approached the court

Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan approached the Islamabad High Court in view of the fear of arrest during the Eid holidays.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hold the hearing tomorrow (Thursday). In the petition, it has been learned that the federal government wants to arrest during the Eid holidays and is planning an attack on the residence of Zaman Park Lahore, so the arrest during the Eid days should be subject to judicial permission.

Chairman PTI Imran Khan has submitted a petition in the Islamabad High Court through Faisal Chaudhry Advocate, in which the federal government through the Home Secretary, IG Police and DG FIA has been made a party. Khan has been raising his voice against corruption, so since the regime change, parties have been harassing Chairman PTI for the PDM government.

It was said in the petition that there was an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Imran Khan in Wazirabad during the long march, cases were registered against him across the country, there is a fear that he will be arrested when he comes to Islamabad.

It was decided that the details of the cases registered in the police stations of Islamabad should be ordered, if any case was registered in secret, the information should also be provided and the arrest in any case should be made with the permission of the court. To be conditioned.

The Registrar’s Office has fixed the application for hearing on April 20.
