Gujarat: In an incredible incident in India, a husband and wife beheaded themselves while offering their sacrifice to the goddess of fertility.

Hemubhai Makwana, 38, and his wife, Hansaban, 35, created a gluten-like system in which a heavy blade falls on the neck and separates it from the body. Both the husband and wife tried to separate their heads and wake up in the front quadrangle fire which is also visible in the picture below. The husband and wife tied a heavy bladed door to it, which, when shaken, swings from top to bottom and is also visible in this picture. As both of them shook the rope attached to the heavy blade, it came down quickly, cutting necks.

This incident took place in Vanshia area of ​​Rajkot district of Gujarat. Investigating police officer Indrajit Sun Jadeja said that the incident took place between Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Before the incident, the husband and wife left a note in the name of their children, in which they said that their children should be taken care of.

According to the police, the couple had made regular preparations for it. They put sweets and flowers first. After that, a fire was lit in a square section, so that the heads could reach the fire.

The relatives of the deceased said that for a year both the husband and wife used to gather at the same place for puja and spent most of their time in this activity.

Police have termed the incident as suicide and accidental death.
