Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali gave the Election Commission the date of elections in the province.
According to Express News, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has sent the reply to the letter received by the Election Commission regarding the holding of elections in the province after the dissolution of the Assembly.
In this letter, the Governor gave the Election Commission the date of holding the elections in the province and asked the Election Commission to ensure the conduct of transparent elections.
It should be noted that a few days ago, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa gave a statement regarding the holding of elections in the province, on which PTI demanded the President and the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice. In his statement, Haji Ghulam Ali said that giving the date of the election is not my job but someone else’s.
