Two people were arrested on the charge of setting up a Chinese secret police station in the American city of New York.
According to the US prosecutor, the two men had built a secret police station in Manhattan’s Chinatown.
Liu Jianwang, 61, and Chen Jinping, 59, were detained in the FBI operation, the prosecutor said.
Those arrested face charges of conspiracy to act as Chinese agents, obstruction of justice, the prosecutor added.
