Karachi: Lyari police has arrested and registered a case against Qari Muhammad Wasif, who tortured a young child in a seminary.
According to SP Lyari Arif Aziz, a video went viral on social media in which it was seen that the madrasa teacher Qari was torturing a young child, on which the police was ordered to mark the madrasa and arrest the Qari. .
According to SP Lyari, the police took timely action and arrested Qari Wasif from the madrassa, who confessed to the violence and said that the young child was not learning the lesson for many days, on which he got angry and beat the child.
SP Arif Aziz further said that Qari has said that he will not torture children in future and he has also apologized.
