Lahore: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has severely criticized former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar.
Speaking at a ceremony held in Lahore, Shahbaz Sharif severely criticized the former Chief Justice and said that there were several months left in the 2018 election, the then Chief Justice Saqib Nisar had imposed restrictions on all development projects.
Shahbaz Sharif said that during the era of Saqib Nisar, courts used to be held on Saturdays and Sundays, they were not there to decide on the application of an orphan or to give a widow her right, but those courts were the victory of the PML-N. seemed to stop.

The Prime Minister said that Saqib Nisar took out his anger on the Orange Line and after hearing the case for eleven months on the request of PTI, he did not give a decision on a case for eight months because he thought that if the Orange Line project is completed before the election. If it happens, then the PML-N will be disappointed. Shahbaz Sharif without mentioning Saqib Nisar’s name and calling him weak said that our way was blocked in the election.
Shahbaz Sharif said that ‘2018 election was a trap, through which PML-N and Nawaz Sharif were deprived of the opportunity to serve the country’. The Prime Minister further said that no one wants to comment on whatever is happening in the Supreme Court and Parliament these days.
