Islamabad: Registrar Supreme Court has raised objections on the application against Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
Registrar Supreme Court returned the application of Tehreek-e-Insaf with objections.
It was objected that Tehreek-e-Insaf had challenged the appointment of Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, no issue of public importance and fundamental rights was pointed out by the petitioner.
The petitioner did not approach the relevant forum and Asad Umar did not provide any proof of being the General Secretary of the party.
The objection also stated that the Chief Minister cannot be made a party under Article 248, inappropriate language was used in the preparation of the petition.
