New York: Elon Musk, the owner of the well-known social media company Twitter, merged with another company, after which Twitter ceased to exist.
According to the details, “Twitter”, which was a huge social media company, is no longer a company at all because its new owner, Elon Musk, has merged it into another company of his, “X Holdings Corporation”.
According to the report, Twitter is now part of Elon Musk’s X Holdings Corporation, a privately held company and X Holdings Corporation is its parent company, which includes Neverlink, SpaceX, Tesla and The Boring Company.

The development came after a woman named Laura Loomer filed a lawsuit against Twitter in a California court. The woman’s account was closed in 2019 after which she filed a lawsuit against Twitter.
