Karachi;  MQM's decision to contest by-elections on National Assembly seats

Karachi: MQM Pakistan has decided to contest by-elections on 9 seats of the National Assembly in Karachi.

According to the sources, MQM will enter the election field with full force, for which a meeting of central officials and election cell members has been called at 4 pm.

In the meeting, there will be a discussion regarding the elections and preparations to be held in 9 constituencies of the National Assembly on March 16.

It should be noted that MQM-Pakistan had announced a boycott in the local body elections held in Karachi earlier. Before the announcement, Mustafa Kamal’s party had merged with PSPMQM Pakistan while Farooq Sattar had also rejoined the party.
