The ruling parties rejected the order to stop the implementation of the 'Judicial Reforms Bill' until further notice

Islamabad: The ruling parties have rejected the order of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to stay the implementation of the ‘Supreme Court Procedure and Practice Bill 2023’ until further notice.

In a joint statement, the ruling parties, in their strong reaction to the decision of the 8-member bench of the Supreme Court, said that it is the first time in history that the law has not been made, nor implemented, but it was created by creating a controversial and one-sided bench. Stopped taking it.

According to the joint statement, this work was done on the basis of a mere guess and concept, which is not only against the prevailing legal procedure but also against logic. Credibility is murder.

The ruling parties said that this decision is not an example of “One Mein Show” which will be a dark chapter in judicial history, this move is against the Constitution and the power of Parliament, it is an attack on the Federation of Pakistan and the Supreme Court. There is also mistrust of the senior most judges who were included in the three-member committee for autonomous judicial power and formation of benches in a fair and transparent manner, which is very unfortunate.

The joint statement said that the ruling parties disapprove of this judicial injustice and will strongly resist it. Wale will take notice of this serious joke and will raise her voice for upholding the principles of justice and fairness.

The statement said that the ruling parties will prepare a strategy to bring justice in the justice system and will formulate a future action plan in consultation so that the country and the nation can be freed from the crisis and ensure the protection of national interests, including economic recovery. Pledge that the representative parliament of the people and its constitutional authority will be protected and defended.
