Peshawar: The number of students who died in the boat sinking incident at Tanda Dam in Kohat has reached 40.
According to the police, the rescue operation is still going on and the bodies of the two students are being searched under the water.
Mahatmam Madrasah Shahid Noor said that he himself had seated 50 children in the boat in order, in which one of his sons and six nephews were also present. Among the martyrs are my son Muhammad Talha and my nephews.

It should be noted that on Sunday, January 29, the students drowned after the boat overturned in the Tanda Dam of Kohat, for which the rescue operation is ongoing.
The caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had taken notice of the boat sinking incident. The caretaker provincial minister Khushdal Khan ordered an inquiry into the incident and directed the Kohat administration to submit a report on the incident.
