At the beginning of the hearing of the case, JIT chief Imran Kishore appeared before the court. During the hearing, Fawad Chaudhry requested to be discharged in the case, on which the learned judge remarked that Takp’s bail bonds have not been collected yet and you are asking for discharge. Fawad Chaudhry said that the law assigns you the powers of a judicial magistrate, to which the judge remarked that these powers can be exercised by an admin judge. The judge remarked that the head of the JIT has also arrived to arrest you. The court told JIT chief Imran Kishor that he has submitted the bail bonds.
