Karachi: On the news related to salaries, PIA has made it clear that there is no fear of affecting the operation due to non-payment of salaries.
According to the spokesman, PIA faced financial difficulties this month due to the country’s economic situation and due to some urgent payments, these difficulties increased, however, PIA paid the salaries of Group 1 to 4 staff on time.
The spokesman said that the salaries of the officers and other officials have been delayed for a few days, but they will be paid in the next few days.
All PIA officers including pilots are engaged in discharging their duties with full zeal and responsibility and PIA operation is fully functional.
The attempt by some elements to publish the news to influence the operation is baseless and misleading.
