The Islamabad High Court has approved Shibli Faraz's fourteen-day protective bail

The court of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of Islamabad High Court allowed Shibli Faraz’s 14-day protective bail application and stopped the police from arresting him.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and Senator Shibli Faraz. During the hearing, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir inquired as to how many days security bond is required.

The petitioner’s lawyer said that we need a security bond to go to Lahore, the court granted a security bond in exchange of five thousand rupees and ordered to appear in the relevant court within 14 days.

On this occasion, the lawyer said that our request is to receive the cash as a deposit, on which the court said that you should deposit the cash.
