Educational institutions will remain closed on the martyrdom day of Hazrat Ali

Karachi: The Sindh government has announced to observe educational shutdown on the occasion of Hazrat Ali’s Martyrdom Day.

According to Express News, according to the decision of the Provincial Department of School Education, Sindh, on the occasion of Hazrat Ali’s Martyrdom Day, public and private educational institutions across Sindh, including Karachi, will remain closed on Wednesday, April 12, 21st of Ramadan.

In this regard, a notification was issued by Secretary College Education Ahmed Bakhsh Nareju. In the notification, referring to the steering committee meeting held on February 22 last year, it has been said that educational institutions will be closed on Wednesday, April 12, 21st of Ramadan.

According to the announcement of the education department, the notification will apply equally to public and private schools and colleges.
