China has expressed its concern over the growing tension between Israel and Palestine and has called on Israel to show restraint.
China’s Special Envoy for Middle East Affairs Zhai Jun said that China is concerned about the growing tension between Israel and the Palestinians.
He said that China appeals to all parties, especially Israel, to act with restraint, and the international community should take concrete steps for an early and appropriate solution to the Palestinian issue.
It should be remembered that the Israeli forces attacked the worshipers in the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound last day, in which dozens of Palestinians were injured.
Israeli forces also detained more than three and a half hundred Palestinians.
