A new electric bus service has been launched in Madinah from today, which will be used by pilgrims of Masjid Nabawi (peace be upon him) and other passengers.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, Prince Faisal bin Salman, Governor of Medina Region and Chairman of the Development Authority, inaugurated the electric bus services.
According to Saudi media, the new electric buses are planned to operate on 4 main routes for the convenience of residents and visitors.
According to reports, these buses can cover a distance of 250 km on their designated track after a single charge.
According to Saudi media, the electric bus is equipped with a modern air conditioning system, display screens showing travel details and special seats for special people.
