The holy month not only carries the message of Allah’s pleasure and pleasure and abundant forgiveness, but it is also the best source of health and well-being.

Generally, people’s tendency towards worship naturally increases during Ramadan. Young people, children and old people all enjoy fasting during the day and staying at night through Taraweeh prayer. Five prayers are performed regularly.

Every Muslim strives to excel others for the sake of attaining reward and closeness to God. Although prayer and fasting have been a means of pleasing Allah for centuries, modern scientific and medical research has proven the physical benefits of these acts of worship.

Fasting is a form of worship that involves both the human body and soul. Fasting is not just a name for staying hungry and thirsty, but a practical practice of following the principles of nature. If it is carefully examined today, it is evident that the spiritual and physical problems of man have increased manifold due to the scientific evolution and abundance of worldly means. He has invited many of his physical disorders by adding unnatural factors to his lifestyle, clothing and food with the help of Rs.

In this era of mental turmoil and physical distractions, there can be no greater blessing than fasting. Fasting is not only a form of spiritual worship but also an excellent means of physical exercise. With the help of fasting, one can get rid of many dangerous diseases of the present age. Nowadays, most of the people are caught in the trap of dangerous and dangerous diseases like blood pressure, uric acid, cholesterol, obesity, joint pain, piles and diabetes.

The holy book of Islam is the Holy Quran. Allah Ta’ala has said in His Holy Word: “And eat and drink well and do not go beyond the limit, indeed, Allah does not like those who go beyond the limit.” Is. Hunger and thirst throughout the day burns the waste materials accumulated in the stomach and protects the body from their harm.

According to medical experts, fasting is the zakat of the body. Fasting improves self-control in a person. Feelings of patience, perseverance and courage arise. Fasting weakens the sensual and sensual desires, thus a person is protected from the temptations of dominant lust.

Just as financial zakat purifies wealth from luxury, fasting purifies the body from unnecessary and harmful substances. High blood pressure is the result of increased blood pressure. When the human stomach is empty, it melts the excess fats found in the body and makes them useful. Glycogen stored in the liver, excess of which is harmful in the form of triglycerides, becomes a source of energy for the body in the form of fasted energy.

Be careful during the fasting month! In terms of diet, it is not at all important how much we are eating, but what is important is what we are eating. The growth and physical changes of our body depend on food. If we consume daily foods keeping in mind our physical needs, natural tendencies and physical balance, it can be said with great confidence that we will be protected from the risks of diseases up to 50%.

Another 20 percent of disease attacks can be avoided by protecting our environment from pollution and dust. And if we learn to be content with God’s will in every situation, i.e. save ourselves from self-inflicted problems, then we can be protected from various diseases up to 90%.

Natural foods are the best weapon to ward off disease attacks and ill effects. Natural foods have the full potential to protect and heal us from diseases. Balanced and proper diets also protect us from stubborn and malignant diseases to a great extent.

Balanced and proper foods contain nutrients that are the basic and essential needs of our body. These basic and essential nutrients include calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sulphur, zinc, iron, keratin, iodine, carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins. By consuming selected food items at the time of Suhr and Iftar, we can gain insight into the philosophy and spirit of fasting.

Here, after fasting for the whole day in the month of Ramadan, it has become a fashion to decorate the table with delicious food. Samosas, pakoras, kachoris and other fried dishes are eagerly included in Iftar. In the cycle of pleasure, fun and pleasure, the physical efficacy of fasting is lost and the purpose of fasting is also lost. The purpose of fasting is to cleanse the body of excess substances and impurities, while overeating and excessive consumption of unbalanced food causes harm instead of benefit.

Because if we use fats etc. more than our body’s nutritional needs, then they accumulate in different parts of the body and cause many diseases. All such nutrients that are in excess of the body’s requirement accumulate in the joints in the form of fatty particles and cause diseases like joint pain, arthritis, gout, obesity and back pain. Similarly, these fats are added to the blood and thicken the blood, causing dangerous disorders like cholesterol, diabetes and blood pressure.

Later, these waste materials affect the kidneys and become a source of excess urea and uric acid. Thus, the food that we use for our health and well-being, imposes many deadly diseases on us. Today, not so many people are dying of hunger and poverty around the world as they are dying of overeating. Therefore, it is our individual responsibility to balance our diet, keep proper intervals between meals and follow the rules of hygiene to live a happy, prosperous and comfortable life.

If you fast by understanding the spirit of fasting and fulfilling its requirements, we can confidently say that you will definitely succeed in achieving the following benefits and objectives:

Your body will be free of excess fat and unhealthy substances. Obese women and men can lose significant weight. Cholesterol and cholesterol damage will be relieved. The thickening of the blood will get rid of many other disorders related to blood diseases. Courage and ability to overcome a silent killer like blood pressure will develop. Diseases like diabetes will be cured. Uric acid disorders will be cured. The unhealthy habits of smoking, drinking tea and drinking alcohol will be easily avoided.

Fasting will refresh the body. It also relieves mental disorders, depression, stress and anxiety. Self-control, tolerance and ability to control sexual emotions develop. Insomnia is removed and restful sleep is available and sleep medications are also relieved.

Here it is important to clarify that 14 hours is the fasting period, at least six hours are required for sleep, the rest four hours. Controlling one’s self and desire in these four hours is the real Mujahidah. People who are badly addicted to smoking, if they show a little courage, they can get rid of this habit forever.

In the same way, people who are caught in the habit of tea, paan, snuff and any other intoxicants can also get rid of their bad habits. By showing a little courage and courage in the month of Ramadan, one can be protected from these habits and their evil effects. People who are addicted to smoking will reduce the habit by one cigarette per day, then the habit will be broken after a month.

After Ramadan comes the joyous hours of Eid. On the day of Eid, more caution and abstinence will be required. It is better to stay away from foods with a lot of chicken and strong spices. If it is very important to eat spicy foods, avoid them with soft drinks. In the same way, do not leave the foot of caution in the routine of eating and drinking.

Eat at least six hours apart, otherwise the stomach, which has become accustomed to being empty for 14 hours a month, will react by malnourishing you and those around you. . The purpose of fasting is to set our routines for the whole year, to achieve physical and spiritual purity.

The way the participants of Iftar parties, decorated with chicken and various dishes, show their food and drink, it seems that this may be the first and last opportunity to eat and drink. Eating so much after being hungry and thirsty all day is definitely not a healthy behavior. The purpose and requirement of fasting is self-control and control over desires. Unless we fulfill the spirit, purpose and requirement of fasting, nothing will be achieved except hunger and thirst.
