Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to file a petition in the Supreme Court to hold elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in May.
According to Express News, the leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been summoned to Islamabad on Thursday, April 6, where a petition regarding the KP Assembly elections will be filed in the Supreme Court.
According to PTI sources, the Supreme Court will be requested to hold elections in May.
Former Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, PTI Provincial President Pervez Khattak, former Governor Shah Farman, former Speaker Asad Qaiser, Provincial Assembly Speaker Mushtaq Ghani and other leaders will be present while filing the petition in the Supreme Court.
