Karachi: In Sarjani Town area of Shahr Quaid, unknown brutal suspects tried to rape a young girl after kidnapping her and after failing to kill her, they fled by throwing her body in the sewer.
Mohammad Younis, a resident of Sarjani Town Sector 36 market, was building his house. At 6 pm on April 4, after the laborers had left, he was arranging iftar at home, while his 6-year-old daughter (Sh) mysteriously disappeared. The family searched for the girl but did not find her, after which the heirs immediately informed the Sarjani police.

According to Police Surgeon Dr. Samia, during the post-mortem, it was found that the brutal accused killed the young girl by strangulation after the failed attempt to rape her. All the samples were taken and sent to the laboratory.
According to SHO Sarjani Town Bashir Wadu, in the preliminary investigation, it has been found that the accused knew the girl, due to which the accused took the girl to an unknown place on the pretext of killing her after the attempted rape failed. The victim also knew the accused, due to which the accused killed her to erase her identity.
It should be remembered that earlier also in Quaidabad, Mehmoodabad, Shah Latif Town and other areas in the city, the accused raped and killed young girls after kidnapping them and escaped by throwing the bodies away.
