The police inquiry report on the death of a citizen in the alleged encounter was rejected

Lahore: The court rejected the police inquiry report on the issue of killing a citizen in an alleged police encounter.

The hearing of the petition against the alleged killing of a citizen in a police encounter was held in the Lahore High Court. On this occasion, CCPO appeared in the Lahore court.

Justice Malik Shehzad rejected the police inquiry report during the hearing and remarked that the court was not satisfied with the report. The court directed the CCPO Lahore to submit a fresh inquiry report at the next hearing.

The petition against the alleged police encounter killing of the citizen was filed by Nasira Bibi, in which it was argued that the police arrested son Yasin on March 16. Named in the cases and killed in a police encounter on March 23. The son was not named in any case, he was working. The court ordered to file a case against the killers of the son.
