The Taliban has stopped Afghan women workers of the United Nations from working in Afghanistan.
The spokesperson of the United Nations has said in his statement that the Taliban are seeking details from the authorities on preventing women staff from working.
According to the news agency, UN female staff were exempted from the Taliban’s ban on women working.
UN officials say that all UN mission staff have been instructed not to come to work for 48 hours.
