Fruity Pan Cake
Ingredients:
Flour (one and a half cups)
Canned strawberries (one cup)
Egg (one)
salt (pinch)
Yogurt (half cup)
Milk (three quarters of a cup)
Lemon juice (one tablespoon)
Baking soda (one teaspoon)
Baking powder (one teaspoon)
Sugar (a quarter cup)
Oil (optional)
Recipe:
Puree the strawberries in a blender. After that, strain the flour and keep it aside. Add milk, yogurt and lemon juice in a clean blender and prepare a lassi-like mixture and keep it in a separate vessel for 15 minutes, then add flour, salt, sweet soda, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl and mix. , then add the egg and a quarter cup of oil and mix with a fork, then add the lassi mixture and mash strawberries and mix gently.
Take care that the prepared mixture is not too thin and not too thick. If it seems thick then add more oil and if it seems thin then add more flour.
Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and pour the mixture into the pan with a wooden spoon and spread it into a circle with the back of the spoon, when one side turns brown, then the other side Once golden, take it out and serve with buttered chocolate shake.
Masala Dosa and Sambhar
Ingredients:

Mashed dal flour (one cup)

Recipe:
Mix rice flour, mash dal flour, salt, a teaspoon of oil and a little water to make a slightly thick mixture. Spread a little oil on a large non-stick griddle, then fill a wooden spoon with the mixture and spread it on the griddle. When cooked on one side, flip and cook on the other side, then add chicken or mince filling and serve with chutneys.

Composition:

Composition:
Extract the lemon juice. After that put all these ingredients in a blender to make a thick chutney and serve by putting the filling on the dosa and adding the chutney.

Composition:
Add a little turmeric to the arhar dal and boil it. Then add red pepper and salt and grind it. After that, add eggplant and a cup of water and cook till the eggplant turns soft, then add raisin seeds and kadi patta to it and garnish with green coriander. It is consumed along with dosa.
Cocktail sandwich
Ingredients:

Finely chopped pineapple (half cup)

Chopped black pepper (to taste)
Finely chopped cucumber (one quarter cup)
Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients well. After that, cut the edge of the double bread and spread this mixture on the slice like butter. Place the second slice on top and cut a triangle. Serve this healthy sandwich with coffee.
