Lahore: Police gave green chit to PTI leader Musrat Jamshed Cheema and Jamshed Iqbal Cheema in the case of running around and police violence.
The police declared Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Musrat Jamshed Cheema and Jamshed Iqbal Cheema innocent in the investigation and said that the arrest of the accused is not required by the police.
The Anti-Terrorism Court disposed of the interim bail application of Musrat Jamshed Cheema and Jamshed Iqbal Cheema based on the withdrawal of the police report. It should be noted that there were 3 cases against Musrat Jamshed Cheema and her husband.
Meanwhile, the anti-terrorism court rejected PTI leader Hamad Azhar’s interim bail application on the ground of non-compliance.
The anti-terrorism court in Lahore also rejected the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry in the case of arson, police violence and interference in the government on the grounds of non-compliance.
