The arrested accused confessed to the crime, the father is already in police custody
Karachi: Quaidabad police arrested the main accused involved in the murder of 2 friends, Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena, who has confessed to his crime.
SHO Quaidabad and Quaidabad Investigation Police arrested the main accused Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena who was involved in the murder of 2 friends who were shot dead in Landhi Gulshan Bunir while his father Mubeen was already arrested by the police. are in custody, but the brother of the accused, Muhammad Amin, has not been arrested yet.
Speaking to Express, SHO Quaid said that on the night of March 24, at around 10:30 PM, 2 people, Abdullah son of Fazlur Rehman and Abdul Jalil son of Musa, were shot and killed in a plastic (junk) warehouse near Landhi Gulshan Bunir Hospital Chowrangi. The case of the incident was registered in Quaidabad police station under 302, 109/34 on March 25, 2023, in the complaint of Abu Bakr, brother of the deceased Abdullah, No. 174/2023.
The plaintiff had stated in his statement that on the night of the incident, Abdullah was playing lado with 3 cousins Imran, Umar, Sultan and his friend Abdul Jalil in his warehouse when Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena entered the warehouse with a firearm and opened fire. As a result, one bullet hit Abdullah’s waist, the other bullet hit Abdul Jalil’s abdomen on the lower right side and exited from the waist.
Both the injured were brought to Chowrangi Hospital on a motorcycle and shifted to Jinnah Hospital by ambulance, where doctors declared both dead. According to the plaintiff Abu Bakr, the main accused, Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena, shot at his father Muhammad Mubeen and brother Amin’s Emma and killed both persons.
Police sources say that a few days before the murder, Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena was caught by Abdullah while stealing from his warehouse and then he was tied up and tortured and released. And he fired at Abdullah to avenge his disrespect, while Abdul Jalil was killed in the crossfire.
According to the police, the arrested accused Muhammad Hussain alias Sheena admitted his crime and declared his father and brother as ignorant of the matter. The accused also agrees to give a 164 confessional statement before the court. After the statement of the accused in the court, the court may acquit his father and brother by declaring him innocent. Both the deceased and the accused belong to Swat.
