Rawalpindi: Neil Hucknells, the Australian ambassador posted in Pakistan, surprised everyone by touring Rawalpindi in a rickshaw without protocol.
The Australian ambassador enjoyed a visit to Rawalpindi without diplomatic protocol. In his message, the ambassador of Australia says that it was a memorable and interesting experience to sit in a rickshaw in the oldest city of Rawalpindi.
He said that it is an interesting experience to sit in a rickshaw in the city and the rush in the narrow dark streets and markets is unbelievable. The Australian Ambassador said that the people of Rawalpindi are very hospitable and people show immense respect wherever they go.
The Australian ambassador traveled from Islamabad to Rawalpindi in his diplomatic vehicle and later traveled by inner-city rickshaw wearing white pajamas and a green waistcoat. Citizens of Pindi were also happy to see the foreign ambassador in Pakistani colors.
