The report said that the geographical and political changes in South Asia over the past decade, the deterioration of Sino-Indian relations and the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan have brought the two forces closer together.
The report claimed that defense cooperation between the two countries is increasing rapidly while dependence on old American and European equipment is decreasing.
