Mumbai: Bollywood actress Nawazuddin Siddiqui is ready to withdraw the case of one billion rupees damages against his wife Alia and the settlement of the dispute between them has been settled on divorce.
According to Indian media sources, the settlement process will also resolve all the disputes that have arisen between them after marriage, but both are ready to fight a legal battle regarding the handover of children.
Actor’s wife Aaliya has said that the divorce will happen but I will keep my two children with me, Nawaz also wants to take the children but I will not allow it.
Alia further said that both my children want to live with me and they don’t want to live with their father.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui this week filed a defamation case against his brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui and his wife Alia and claimed one billion in damages.
Both the husband and wife have been in the media headlines for quite some time and Alia has been accusing the actor of abandoning her children and harassing her mother-in-law.
