Islamabad: The Supreme Court Bar condemned the arrest of Hasan Niazi Advocate and other lawyers and demanded their immediate release.
The Supreme Court Bar has said in a statement that Hassan Niazi and other lawyers including Ali Ijaz Butar should be released immediately, law enforcement agencies should work within their limits.
The Supreme Court Bar said that Hasan Khan Niazi and other lawyers cannot be detained illegally, law enforcement agencies are not above the constitution and law.
The Supreme Court Bar further said that illegal arrest and detention of lawyers is a violation of fundamental rights, law enforcement agencies should not be used for political purposes.
