5.61% decline in tea imports

Islamabad: A decline of 5.61% has been recorded in tea imports on annual basis.

In the first 8 months of the current financial year, tea imports in Pakistan recorded a decrease of 5.61% on annual basis.

According to the report of Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, during the period from July to February, the foreign exchange spent on tea imports was 346.80 million dollars, which is 5.61% less than the same period of the previous fiscal year.
