Islamabad: Solar power generation has increased by 34.1%.

In the first 8 months of the current financial year, solar power generation in the country has recorded 34.1% more on annual basis.

According to the data of Nepra and Arif Habib Research, 608 gigawatt hours of electricity was generated through solar energy during the period from July to February, which is 34.1% more than the same period of the previous financial year.
