San Francisco: WhatsApp has been updating its features at an extraordinary speed, which is now expected to bring extraordinary changes to voice chat and calling.
According to the WhatsApp news website ‘Web Beta Info’, some brand new changes are being introduced in the audio chat. They will soon offer features like Twitter Spaces. As per beta version 2.23.7.12 new WhatsApp call interface will be introduced. The call button will be replaced with a wavy logo. This logo will appear at the top of the menu. Thus the top audio bar is extended.
This will improve group chats in which many people can share audio files with friends and colleagues. That is, they are being made like Twitterspace. Also, analysts have compared it to Slack’s Hiddlezia Discord Voice app. According to analysts, the voice option is likely to be closer to Discord.
The Sam Mobile website has named it Audio Chat and shared a screenshot of it. However, these are all speculations. Let’s see how it is presented now.
