Mumbai: Netflix has been served with a legal notice for airing a derogatory conversation about Indian actresses Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai.
Indian media Reports According to the American sitcom ‘The Big Bang Theory’ aired on Netflix, the inappropriate conversation regarding Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri has been aired, on which the fans of the actresses have expressed their anger.
Indian writer and social activist Mithun Vijay Kumar has sent a legal notice to Netflix for making inappropriate and derogatory comments about Indian actresses during the show.
The notice has demanded Netflix to remove the vulgar and derogatory talk about Indian actresses and legal action will be taken against Netflix if the said episode of the program is not removed.
It may be recalled that in the American program, Madhuri and Aishwarya were compared using vulgar words.
